Here is a golden opportunity, so open your auricular sponge clots and listen up. I have some eggs that I need to get rid of. Twenty fucking seven eggs, in fact. There's a variety and what doesn't get taken by some happy new partner slash owner gets set free into the wilds to defend itself.

Otherwise? I've got nothing. I do want to ask if anyone has any leads on what the fuck happened the last week, but I'm doubtful that anyone really knows who was behind that shit.

I wonder how long these effects are going to stick around.

[Chuckles a bit and worms them and tries to pull them free again. Eventually, he quits struggling and just lets them sit there. In his hands. Ignoring that his cheeks feel warm again.]

[ it takes a few minutes for Karkat to register it as hand holding, but he does. and then he lets them drop. ]

[Letting his hands drop too, he just settles them back into being curled around in that hold.]

[He starts to ask 'about what', and instead settles for just.. snuffing quietly. It's a content sound, and he's not making a motion to get up right away when the buzzer goes again.]

[ instead Karkat gives a little whistle. Alex and Leopold come in. guess they're going to cuddle the eggs up. that should make Vanitas happy. ]

[He gives a small snorted chuckle on seeing that, and his arms tighten a moment before relaxing again; that was a hug, ladies and gentlemen.

It did make him happy though, the warmth fluttering around in his chest; because it meant he didn't have to get up from this comfortable place.]

I noticed a rather large increase in our funds a few weeks back.

Yeah? I took on a side job. [His eyes lower a bit, but he doesn't say more. It was from that job he took as "Xehanort", fighting some kid for a yo yo, because the Cobra is the dunce of Team Rocket. If he can find out anything, it would be through that loud mouth.]
