Otherwise? I've got nothing. I do want to ask if anyone has any leads on what the fuck happened the last week, but I'm doubtful that anyone really knows who was behind that shit.

[ Karkat allows for it. then as soon as he's tugged, he yelps out a 'fuck' before crashing down.

groaning, he swears more, free hand rubbing his probably bleeding nose from his face plant. ]

[Well, making Karkat face plant into the floor hadn't been his intention, but too late now. He's keeping that hand though, his grip tight and grumbles, rolling over a little to give him a Look again.]

For punching me. Your nose okay? [Smallest bit of guilt in his tone, but he's not apologizing yet; he doesn't see any blood just yet..]

[ yeah no. it's bleeding. ]

[The guilt stretches a bit further, sulking a bit since he went too far.. and simply reaches down to tear the bottom of his shirt. Sitting up with a small wince, Vani reaches with the fabric to carefully catch Karkat's nose and nudge his head upward, pinching lightly; he didn't dare pinch harder out of concern for hurting him worse.]

[ Karkat doesn't fuss. he's actually feeling a great deal of guilt himself. after a moment... well... ]

No. My fault. [It's mumbled, but still audible. Carefully pinching a little harder, he watches to make sure he doesn't hurt him again.]

Shut up. I'm sorry. [Growls a little, but he's still careful with his fingers pinching his nose.] ... Can you breathe alright?

Don't want you drowning in blood. [Grumbles and gingerly pulls the bloody cloth away, checking to make sure Karkat's nose wasn't broken. It looked straight enough, but he lifts his other hand to carefully feel anyway, making sure.]

[Nope, not listening, gonna gently press a finger against his nose and tap a small path along to make sure it's not broken.] Let me just check.

Quit whining. [The cartilage feels alright, enough that he can pull his hand away and stop touching. Looking down at the remains of his shirt then, Vanitas frowns a little, but shrugs it up and starts peeling it off. No sense keeping it now that it's torn.

There's a big red mark still on his stomach from where he was punched, hints of purple in the center proving that it's going to bruise.]

I don't think it's broken, at least.

[ huffs just a little. Karkat turns his head away once the inspection is over. shirtless... dammit, Vanitas. have some modesty. ]

[We're both guys, what's the problem? You just like my abs, is that it? Getting up and rolling the bloody piece of fabric into the shirt, he offers his other hand then.] Whatever, gripe if you want, I'd have felt worse if it was.

[ huffs but reaches out to snatch that hand. ]

[Grips firmly and pulls him up to his feet. Not sure if he wants to let go right away though..]

[This is a "moment", isn't it? He still hasn't let go. Letting his eyes rest on their joined hands, Vanitas quietly thought. It took a few minutes before he spoke, and his voice was quiet.]

What does it mean to have a crush on someone? What are the feelings that are supposed to go with that?

No. [Beato and Ventus are both too derpy. Rikku... could be an option, if Karkat doesn't tell him. Noting the look, he keeps his eyes on his friend.]
