I think we're getting out of here soon though. Strider and I are teaming up on the others, and John's finally getting over that weird thing.

Yeah. They're some kind of snake, right? I'm not sure what else they could be. The biggest animals in the lake back home were fish, and they never tried to eat me when I was swimming.

Ecruteak, for its legends. I stayed there for the longest time in this world, purely because I wanted to see the legendary ones that apparently came from there.

I've found myself quite fond of the Ruins of Alph now that I've managed to learn the basic layout. On top of being a rather entertaining puzzle, it seems to have the most interesting variety of Pokemon to me thus far.

...A bit difficult to get used to, I will admit. In order to get anywhere within the ruins, you have to solve fairly simple puzzles, which, unfortunately, lead to the the floor opening up underneath you. If you're not expecting it, it will certainly catch you off guard.

Personally, I consider it worth it. There are inscriptions in a font resembling a highly stylized version of English in there. The majority of the Pokemon there that I find interesting seem to match up to those letters, which has interesting implications.

Ecruteak, becauthe of the towerth and legendth and the atmothphere kind of remindth me of home in a really weird way. But then again, I haven't been to Lavender Town yet tho that may change.

But I am kind of fond of Olivine too.

Mm, it seems to me a city of more substance than Cherrygrove and less [umm] chaos than Goldenrod. And the nearby ruins are fascinating.

Ecruteak. It's a nice place, has some incredible sights, and way wicked interesting history...if you can stand all the ghosts long enough to look into it.

Probably Olivine. The view's awesome and the food's fantastic. Plus, being by the ocean kinda reminds me of home.
