He'd basically dedicated the entire day to wandering around and getting an idea of where shit was, and yes, he'd gotten horribly lost. More than once. But fortunately he decided to stop at a notable landmark, not some random street store.]

[He accepts the take-out, but neglects to actually do anything with it. Granted, he hadn't eaten all day, but... his flimsy human stomach wouldn't be able to keep it down now, he was sure. So as to hopefully divert attention from this fact, he sets it down on the other side of the bench.]

She doesn't have to be in the dream bubbles. She could have... she could have been alive, she could have kept doing everything amazing that she does, and-- it's good that she's happy. But... she's capable of so much more than that.

There's not too much of a fucking difference between being alive and being dead. The dead can navigate through dreambubbles and still interact with one another. Granted, finding the right asshole and not a different douchebag from a doomed offshoot is the real trick.

She said she had to stop him, because he was going to lead Jack to us. And if he didn't offer himself up for the fucking slaughter just by approaching, then he was going to show Jack the way to kill all of us. [Or, at least... that was what he assumed.] She was trying to save him and everybody else.

I know that. I was there. That's the reason you two fought, but not the reason she ended up dying for. In the end? We're still down to five and a half survivors.

That's just it. We might not all have to. Currently Kanaya, Terezi, Gamzee, Rose, Strider, Mayor, and I are all traveling to the humans' reset session. Jade and John are doing the same thing, but from a different location. While humans' session was never designed to make a new universe, the session we're going to? It's void.

So all we really have to do is set our humans' Skaia into this new session. Theoretically that would enable us to finally get shit right.

[ Karkat plays with his food a bit before taking another bite. in theory, it sounds pretty simple. Put this Skaia in the gaping whole where the NEW Skaia should be, but won't be. Without the tumor, there is no timer and thus no meteors. Jade even has the universe frog with her. All of the elements are in place and set up just right...

[Yeah he's kind of really skeptical of that plan too. There are so many things that could go wrong. It could just... reject the kids' Skaia outright, for all he knows, because FOREIGN OBJECT OH NO. Or something else equally as obvious in hindsight. That, and he's still unwilling to completely let go of his prophecies of death and destruction, because those are maybe somewhat kind of IMPORTANT???? Or they would be, if shit had gone according to plan -- someone's plan, not his obviously, because if you seriously couldn't die in this world, then obviously something had gone terribly wrong right there and it was no use trying to fix it from this end.]

...That's most likely not going to work. [Way to be positive, Sollux!] But no one knows enough about this shitty game to know what will, I guess?

Actually... Rose and Kanaya found a lot of books in that god forsaken lab. There's a shit ton of information in them that could have been really useful.
