Because I can recognize what is clearly Johto saying that it can't handle the Strider? Multiple Daves have admitted this multiple times, after all. Obviously Johto agrees.

Well there's are certain perks that come with the little sister territory. This includes making claims about how he and his ecto clones are ending the world. Honestly I doubt he was really even mad at you.

I will never understand this sibling bond thing.

Well...it's hard to explain. Your sibling is someone who, in most cases, grew up with you. In the same house, so you go through a lot of the same hardships together. And you deal with the same environment. The same kids at school, the same parents whether good or bad, anything that could potentially shake your world. And even if you don't have anyone else - friends, other family, anyone - you'll always have your sibling. You stand up for your sibling, or protect them, or give them somewhere to go when they need help or a shoulder to cry on... They're your better half in a less romantic meaning.

Dave and I of course have a different circumstance, considering we didn't grow up together. But we grew closer through Sburb. And I can't speak for Dave really, but I grew closer to him here. I like to think he did the same with me.

And there are just some things you let slide for your siblings. Like blaming the end of the world on them. Well I guess that's not like a standard thing or anything but Dave knows I will lovingly kick his ass if he says anything otherwise too.

Just...

Imagine growing up as you did, but with someone around your age to go through it with you. Who dealt with the exact same circumstances as you did. So you didn't have to go through it alone.

You know the only people that have shared an inkling of these experiences are you humans and my dumbass friends.

I know. Personally, that's why I consider a lot of you more like family.

Well, I arrived when I was thirteen, and have been here for two years. That means I'm fifteen now.

Thirteen to start with, obviously.

Spent half a year here, went back for a year, then spent another half a year here.

If we don't include the time we've gone back home, you would be fourteen. If we do, you would be fifteen, but I would be sixteen because I also went back for a year.

So, either way, you're younger. My little brother.

Oh come now, is it that bad being my little brother? It means I get to dote on you! Or would you prefer to dote on me? Because I certainly wouldn't mind another older brother doting on me.
