[Sollux is sitting on some surface in their newfound shelter, staring at the electric blue egg in his lap. (Oh god, that pun was terrible.) If asked, he would still say that he was getting pretty sick of having to lug all these eggs around everywhere, and it was true; bastards were heavy, and a pretty big inconvenience, even if they had Pokémon to lighten the load a bit. But ever since he had nicked this random blue one that Karkat had said would hatch into an Electric-type, he'd been spending a lot more time in the area where the ickle baby eggies were.]

[Maybe someone ought to teach him how to take care of those bastards. Sollux considered asking, but decided against it; he didn't feel like doing something that Vanitas seemed to already have under lockdown.]

Karkat could volunteer information. about egg rearing. it's absurdly simple, especially if there's a fire type in the party. even now he has Alex curling up beside the eggs. ]

Contrary to popular belief, I actually do research. Turns out that two-thirds of my team are weak to Electric. So since a lot of people seem to really fucking like Shinx anyway, I figured that an Electric-type would be the logical next step.
