It's not anything most people voice, but it tends to be the reason, I think. It's just not one that most want to acknowledge, because they like to believe they're better than that.

Consider it to be in return for that explanation, if nothing else.

It's not like you're a subjuggulator or anything like that. Insanity isn't necessarily tied to hobbies.

[...well
that's
...yep]
At any rate, humans don't always assess madness through one's actions, but rather by analyzing one's thoughts as well, particularly in regards to the general accepted standard of ethics and morality. As such, many of my thoughts would be considered heresy by most humans.
However, there's a difference between heresy and stupidity; appearing "sane" by human standards is all a matter of knowing what's acceptable and what isn't, and acting accordingly. It's study and self-control, nothing more.

It wasn't the fact that Gamzee killed a fuck ton of us that made him crazy or even why he did it. Subjuggulators are whimsical fucktards anyway. What made him insane was the fact that he was pretty much blind with fucking rage and thought a puppet was talking to him.
That's insanity.

That's why I tend to refer to it as "heresy" rather than "insanity," when referring to my own assessment of myself. I won't deny that my thoughts are abnormal by everyone else's standards, but I'm not hallucinating or having meaningful conversations with the tea kettle, either.
It's more a difference in thought process, in my case, I think.

Although I do have to wonder what you plan on doing in regards to this "enigma" you're perceiving me as.
