Oh my god... How can anyone want to stick around one place for longer than a few weeks when there's so much shit to get done? I've been settled in Vermillion for only about three weeks and I am already going absolutely shithive maggots. Maybe the best idea is to just blaze through those last few badges, I don't know. What I do know is that one way or another, I am getting the merry fuck on my way. Screw waiting for the weather warm up.

I think my Pichu is feeling it too because he's kind of sparking here and there. Is that normal? Like, my Ampharos when she was a Mareep had this problem, but what the shit do I do to avoid getting shocked this time around? It's not like I can just take care when brushing him! That and he thinks every damn thing is funny at the moment and it just sets him off! Right now it's a never ending spiral of shocking, what I think is giggling, and more shocking. Just make it stop, oh my god.

We just got to Azalea! "We" being Sollux, Dirk, Jake and I. We're planning to hit Goldenrod by the time the convention starts, too, and then we're going linear, hopefully.

And about the pichu - apparently sparking has a lot to do with their communication? I've found letting them spark at another electric type tends to wear out the extra, and keeps them happier.

Have fun getting through the forest. It took me at least a goddamn week... And that was with a beast that had already been through it before. Some of the rarer grass types are there too, if that interests you at all.

Oh, we're going over it. Maybe trying to land in the middleish, if possible, but I think timewise flying's our best bet! Now that all four of us have the Violet badge, we can do that. I taught fly to all the pokemon who could use it at Christmas, when John and Jade lent me their HMs, and I've got more than enough to cover each of us.

Got it. I raised two pichu at the same time, so it was sort of an easy solution there. Giving him something safe to spark at is really my only suggestion! Maybe you can stick a pole in the ground and tell him that's fine? [ SHRUG. ]

Yeah... At the time I was accompanied by Pokémon from both Rose and Sollux. No flyers, only a Typhlosion and a Luxray. It made the trip after, but not too fast.

Eevee. I have an Espeon, Vaporeon, Leafeon, and another Eevee that's aiming to be an Umbreon.

Some of mine don't evolve into their final forms. Why the fuck should I make them? There are other ways to make them strong without relying on that... Since they're also fairly sentient, it just feels odd to force change upon them.

I know that I'd loathe anyone that pulled that hoofbeast shit on me.

None of mine have really complained about evolutions! Then again, they've all had non-stone evolutions for the most part? I don't really mind whatever they want to do, though. Evolving seems pretty natural to me, but I've also been through a lot of evolutions myself.
