Cultural divide, I suppose; I recall there being several things about human behavior that you generally find strange. Likewise, some things you've told me come across as bizarre, I suppose, by human standards.

Honestly, given that humans can't even communicate with each other without running into issues like this, I can't say I'm surprised that interspecies communication isn't much better.

Interspecies communication actually isn't that hard? It just takes patience and people who are fucking stupid about it.
