You know, because of the whole 12/21 th-- oh wait. No you wouldn't. Okay so on Earth there was this silly theory that the world would end on December 21st, 2012 because some ancient old dudes didn't finish their magic future star calendar.

I have no idea what year it is here but the date itself is almost the same so that would be the joke someone might be trying to make. But if the news said otherwise then I guess that isn't the case.
