Huh.
He changed to this when he left the tent this morning. I'm not sure what to think.
[because he's just short of having enough levels to test Ember or Water Gun and see STAB at work...]
The dex did call him the weather pokemon, so I think it might be related to that. Not sure what it means exactly for him, though.
